About Me

My Story
I have always been a HUGE foodie. Even as a baby I used to laugh with glee when presented with food and cry as soon as the spoon was taken away. I have always been top in my class at science and maths and this naturally led me down the path of studying dietetics. I've never looked back.
I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a first class undergraduate masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2015. I have since worked in several different
NHS hospitals across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire and started my private practice in 2016.
I completed my Post Graduate Certificate in 2018 in Eating Disorders, a highly specialist course that very few dietitians have done.
Following the births of my two beautiful children I decided to leave the NHS to focus solely on my private practice. I have a wealth of experience across all adult dietetics and am eager to help you meet your goals.
The Process
Why see a dietitian?
Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals who are regulated by the HCPC. This means that you must hold a dietetic degree and undergo at least 1000 hours of on the job training to become a dietitian. Did you know that the term dietetic is protected by the law?
Dietitians use only evidence-based advice. They use the most up-to-date public health and scientific research on food, health and disease, we translate this into practical guidance to enable people to make appropriate lifestyle and food choices. This means NO fad diets, NO expensive supplements and NO advice that will ever cause you harm.
