All of our appointments are held on a 1:1 basis with a specialist and highly experienced dietitian. We are friendly and compassionate and always hold you at the centre of your care.

All of our appointments last 45-60 minutes and are available either virtually or in-person at our Nottinghamshire clinic.

During the appointments we will discuss your medical and nutritional background and discuss your goals. We will provide education around your diet and nutrition and collaboratively create a plan that is realistic and achievable for you as an individual.

We are very flexible with our appointments, most people like to be reviewed weekly or monthly but we can work around you and your schedule. We offer appointments during the day, evening and on specific weekends. We are available between sessions for unlimited messaging support to best support you on your journey
